Q. How long does it take to respond to a proposal I submit?
A. It can take up to 30 days to fully evaluate your proposal and respond; however we do try our best to review proposals daily.

Q. My event is less than 30 days away, can I still submit a proposal?
A. Unfortunately, we require at least 30 days in order to evaluate a proposal. We cannot commit to being able to receive, review and respond to your request within a shorter lead-time of 30 days. However, we do strive to review proposals daily so, if you wish to still submit your proposal we will do our best to respond ASAP but our 30-day policy still remains in effect.

Q. How do I know my proposal was received?
A. Upon submitting your proposal, you will receive an email stating that we received your request. Please do not respond to this email. In addition, we have updated our site so you can now stay up to date on where your request lies within our review process. Simply go to the "My Desktop" section to stay informed. The “My Desktop” section is located at our website where you originally registered your solicitation with Nestlé Waters North America. You will need to login with your user name and password to access your account and understand where your proposal is located within our review process.

Q. I have submitted a proposal, but I have not received an email confirming that you received it?
A. If you do not receive an email stating that we have received your proposal, please go back to your "Desktop" to make sure the proposal was submitted. We have updated our site so you can now stay up to date on where your request lies within our review process. Simply go to the "My Desktop" section to stay informed. The "My Desktop" section is located at our website where you originally registered your solicitation with Nestlé Waters North America. You will need to login with your user name and password to access your account and understand where your proposal is located within our review process. Your desktop will notify you if your proposal was submitted correctly and whether it was accepted or denied. If you submitted a proposal and did not receive an email response, please sign-in and click the "Technical Support" link at the bottom of the page. Another reason for not receiving an email from us is due to the SPAM function of your email service or an error in typing your email address within your solicitation.

Q. How do I send a proposal?
A. After you have completed the form, proceed to Step 4 and click "Submit Proposal." This will submit your proposal to the sponsor. Once you submit your proposal you will not be able to make any changes so please review your proposal carefully before submitting it.

Q. If I submit a proposal for an event less than 30 days away, does my proposal receive priority?

Q. I received an email stating that you received my request but I have not heard back from you yet?
A. As you can imagine we get many requests and are working as quickly as possible to review each one of them thoroughly. From the time that you submit your request, and receive the email stating that we received your request you should be hearing back from us in regards to your opportunity within 30 days. We do strive to review proposals daily so, if you wish to still submit your proposal we will do our best to respond ASAP but our 30-day policy still remains in effect. . Your desktop will notify you if your proposal was submitted correctly and whether it was accepted or denied.

Q. I received an email stating that I will hear from you regarding fulfilling my request, but I haven’t heard back yet?
A. Within 2 weeks of receiving this email, a Nestlé Waters employee will contact you regarding participating in your event.

Q. I am having technical difficulties submitting my proposal or uploading a document/image, what do I do?
A. If you are having problems submitting a proposal, please sign-in and click the "Technical Support" link at the bottom of the page. Send an email with an explanation of your problem, and you should receive a response to your question(s) within 2 days.
